The New Italian Restaurant "Da Paolo" in Ha Noi, located in a prestigious and panoramic spot directly facing  the West Lake, is designed basing on an existing private house, without historical or aesthetical values. The restyling project, oriented toward a traditional italian image, was realized with the creation of big windows and terraces directly looking on the lake, with an elegant, but not luxurious style, that generates a warm and familiar athmosphere. The interior design was realized with a strong change of the existing structure, creating big open spaces divided in many small communicating areas. Colors and materials are warm and naturals, following the indications of chromatic science for restaurants.
