The area is located on Da Nang South Coast, sourrounded by the sea, two golf complexes, and the natural river landscape. The Complex, divided in two parts from Da Nang - Hoi An Road, is composed from one resort are facing the sea, and one residential area on the country and golf side.

Following the client requirements, the project draw inspiration from the italian and venetian landscapes, for materials and architectural details, as loggia and portico, re-deigned in a contemporary key. The Heart of the project is the Central Promenade, along an artificial basin delimited by row-houses arranged as continous scenographic background. The central pedestrian path cross all the area, opening in many small terraces on the water, and 3 main squares, where are located the most important events, as open-air concerts, meetings, and cultural performances.​
