The FPT City project realizes a sustainable model of urban development, based on eco-design of residential buildings. The High energy efficiency of the houses is based both on "passive" eco-systems components, as shaders, loggias, thermal insulator materials and planning layout, that permit to filter the outdoor condition of heating, lighting and ventilation, both on "active" technology, as photovoltaic panels and solar heating collectors, maximizing the comfort level of the buildings with a very low-cost energy, near to the target zero-emission.

This make FPT City the first real eco-residence project in Vietnam, putting on the cutting-edge the web company.

The technological part is integrated with the local environment and natural landscape by a dynamic and accurate design of the houses, realizing a green, comfortable, and pleasant and eco-friendliy place for living.
