The area is located on the hillside over Amantea City, on a panoramic spot facing the sea and the old Amantea Castle.​

The complex include 6 duplex houses of 260 m2, and 5 single houses of 220 m2, all with loggias and terraces facing to the sea. The two lines of linked houses are divided by a common garden with swimming pool, and a panoramic terrace.

The access road reach the houses from the backside, where are located the garages, and the entrance, while the main facade is open to the panorama. The us of local and traditional materials, as stone and plaster, permit a good integration of the complex with the souurounding landscape, both natural and ancient city, while the use of large windows and horizontal cuts give to the volumes a dynamic tone, and gives a wide prception of outdoor panorama. The use of loggias and terraces also follow the bioclimatic rules, filtering the sun in the summer, and receiving the hot rays in the winter.
