The complex is organized in two parts, like an open-wing bird, with a central body opened to the sea, where are located the main services, hotel and residence strucutres, and two sides more private on the hill, with the single villas. The waved shape of the central complex, with sloping terraces, define a dynamic sequence of opened square and public areas, starting from the entrance fan-shaped garden, the first water mirror, the basin of the water restaurant, until the final series of 3 sloping swimming pools facing the sea. On the sides, the paths radiate out from the central body, leading to 52 villas with garden and private pool, arranged on the hill so that each one has direct and panoramic view to the ocean. The entire complex designs follows eco - architectural principles, with the integration of the building to the naltural environment, the bio-climatic behaviour of the construction, opened to the fresh ocean air and filtering the light of the sky providing to natural lighting and ventilation.
