​New Urbanization Plan in Hai Phong City. The Area is located on the South Hai Phong coast, between the highway Hai Phong - Do Son and the natural Mangrovian Park on the sea.

The project plans a new central axis, leading from the entrance gate to the Natural Park on the North-Est, and designing a continuos urban scenography that opens on the main city nodes, as on the Contemporary Art Museum, the Central Square, and the Cover Market, until the final panoramic Spot on the Ocean.

The Urban Front on the Highway is formed by Green-terraced buildings, where is located the commercial area, around two twin shopping-squares.

The Residential area is crossed by two waved green areas, parallel to the main axis, that serve all the buildings in a radius max of  300 m, and permit the natural cooling and ventilation from the sea to the whole area.
