UDIC ECO CITY in Do Son​

The new urbanization area included in Do Son Development Plan, is diveded in two parts by the Highway Hai Phong - Do Son, and borders to the North and the Est side with the new Northen Park. The Idea is to concentrate the Highest edification ​along the highway, and create a main urban axis, where are located the main services, commercial areas, office blocks and apartments building. On this main axis, easily reachable from the highway, is concentrated the highest traffic flow, as a barrier that protect from the main road the residential part, designed as a garden-city.

​Every point in the area is directly connected with the Northern Park by two main roads and three stretched green areas, with a double circulation system for vehicular roads, and pedestrian and bicycle tracks. The Green Strips crossing the whole area connect directly each house with the main park, providing to the natural ventilation and cooling system.
