On an high-density urban context, as HCM City new expansion areas, the aim and the challenge of this project is to create a green, natural, and comfortable environment to host 1600 medium and large size apartments, 200 mono and two-roomed flats, a 4-storey shopping centre, and all related services. The dynamic shape and the vertical progression of volumes, inspired from the natural landscape and skyline of vietnamese hills, create, as a valley, two central green areas and a big square facing the shopping centre on the road front leading to the new Phu My Hung Bridge.
The bio-climatic design and the green system areas, distributed at every level, with terraces, loggias and garden roofs, maximize with the lake the natural cooling system, the natural ventilation and the natural ligthing, reducing the use of energy and creating a pleasant and comfortable living environment. The green loggias on facade filter at the same time the sun, the noise from the road, and the visual perceptio of the city.
